This building was constructed after the Great Saint John Fire of 1877. It features many original stained glass windows, and the most beautiful woodwork you can imagine. It was the former residence of the Imperial German Consul to the Province of New Brunswick.

This building now houses 7 beautiful corporate apartment suites. Several have two or three bedrooms and are suitable for families or executives requiring more spacious surroundings.

Most suites in this building have decks and water views.

This building is across from Queen Square Park and is within a five minute walk to the Imperial Theater, the Saint John City Market and Brunswick Square.

Parking is free and easily available on the street just outside the building.

Coin operated laundry facilities are available and include an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
