34 Orange Street was built in the early years after the Great Saint John Fire (1877). It was aquired by Chipman Hill Suites in 1988.
The building has two furnished suites, each is very large with beautiful mouldings and gleaming hardwood floors.
The first floor suite has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a formal diningroom and a huge livingroom (17' X 21' with two fireplaces).
The second floor suite has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen with a deck off it for the BBQ.
Each of the two suites has its own washer and dryer, and the building has off street parking.
Orange Street is a very lovely street, with some of the finest historic residences in the uptown. This is a totally non-smoking building.
