This beautiful building, the former Government House for the Province of New Brunswick, was constructed in 1895. During the Royal Visit of 1939, the King and Queen slept in this house!
The building was purchased by Chipman Hill Suites in 2000 (our Millennium Project!) and houses fourteen suites. One two bedroom with two baths, three executive studio suites and ten bachelor suites.
There is a large and shady front porch which is greatly enjoyed by our guests. This building has free laundry facilities and a large parking lot. Suites are on three levels, with the penthouse suite taking up the entire top floor.
The building is within five minutes walk of the city center and easy access to all major highways.
