This building was constructed circa 1860 for the sister of the two property owners just up the hill.
It is in the Greek Revival style and features some of the most outstanding plaster work in Canada.
In 1996, this building, which had been vacant for decades, was totally restored. It now houses 9 wonderful suites ranging from budget to executive.
All suites in this building are suitable for one or two adults.
Walk through our historic front doors into our gorgeous foyer with the original pine floors from 1850! Our sweeping staircase will amaze you. There is a complimentary guest computer in our lobby where you many check your email.
Laundry facilities (coin operated) are available and include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The building is security locked with intercom and individual mail boxes.
Parking is available at reasonable rates, and is conveniently located in the Chipman Hill Parking Garage directly across the street.
