193-195 Princess Street was constructed after the Great Saint John Fire of 1877.
It was purchased by Chipman Hill Suites in 2002, and its beautiful "Painted Lady" colours give it one of the most eye-catching facades on the entire street. It is located one block from Kings Square (the city centre), yet is on a quiet tree-lined street.
The building has five suites currently, with a sixth to be completed soon.
There is one two bedroom suite, three three bedroom suites with one bath, and one three bedroom suite with two baths.
Each suite in this building has its own laundry facilities ensuite, and many have a deck with BBQ in the summer.
The suites in this building are amongst the largest that Chipman Hill Suites has to offer.
