Well known as "the Saint John Eco-Tourism Destination", this handy local attraction boasts over 450 acres of coastline, forest, winding roads and well groomed hiking and back-packing trails. Here you can enjoy bird-watching like cormorants, herons, sandpipers, geese - more than 250 species have been recorded in this area alone. Off the rocky shore, it's normal to observe Sea Dogs basking on the huge outcrops and if you're lucky you might spot a whale! Or take time to explore the Bay of Fundy's ecosystem on the ocean floor's tidal pools filled with sea urchins, mollusks, starfish and so much more. Treat yourself to a wonderfully elegant night out on the town sans top hat and tails at the Imperial Theatre, Atlantic Canada's busiest and most beautiful venue for live performances. The theatre has been restored to its original 1913 glory as a Victorian vaudeville roadhouse, incorporating state-of-the-art-theatre equipment with luxurious fabrics and elaborate lighting. Add renowned local, national and international performers to complete the perfect evening.

 

Harbour Station

Reversing FallsAt the Reversing Falls, witness the phenomenon of the Saint John River and the mighty Bay of Fundy engaging in an eternal battle. And for those who dare, there is a seasonal jet boat ride that allows you to sample nature's force first hand!
