Chipman Hill Suites is best known for providing temporary corporate housing on a monthly basis. We are also registered with Canada Select with a 4.5 star rating in order to offer nightly accommodation as well.
Accommodation (both short and long term) is offered in our twelve beautiful historic buildings, each complete with kitchen or kitchenette and private bathroom. All suites are fully furnished and equipped with toaster, teakettle, coffee maker, microwave etc.
Each suite is complete with free wireless high speed internet, direct dial phone and expanded cable TV with VCR or DVD (or both).
All buildings have laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board so that you can get your laundry done without wasting your valuable time in a laundromat.
The twelve Chipman Hill Suites properties are located in the center of the city (we call it "uptown") and are within walking distance of the business district, harbour, restaurants, bars, historic properties, cultural and recreational activities.

Some sample year-round nightly rates are as follows:
- Bachelor suite with one single bed (very small) with kitchenette and a private bath with shower only. (Very limited quantity of these suites.) $49 nightly or $695 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (double bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower only. $69 nightly or $995 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (queen bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower or bath/shower $79-$99 nightly or $995-$1300 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (king bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower or bath/shower $89-$99 nightly or $1250-$1300 monthly.
- Executive studio or executive one bedroom (queen or king bed), full kitchen and private bath with whirlpool/shower or air tub/shower $99-$129 nightly. $1995-$2500 monthly.
- Two and three bedroom suites depending on size, amenities, number of bathrooms etc. $129-$299 nightly. $1995 to $3150 monthly.
