A. The Chipman Hill Suites are fully furnished and equipped bachelor, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with the amenities of a hotel and the comfort and convenience of city center apartment living.
Q. Where are the Chipman Hill Suites Corporate Apartments?
A. The Chipman Hill Suites are located in the heart of the business district of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada's historic Loyalist City. All suites are within walking distance of Brunswick Square, and within an easy drive of The Irving Refinery, UNBSJ, The Regional and St. Joseph's Hospitals etc.
Q. What type of clients do you serve?
A. The Chipman Hill Suites serve a variety of clients including relocating employees, consultants on short and long term contracts, families between home closings, fire insurance claimants and tourists.
Q. What is included in the suite?
A. The Chipman Hill Suites take great pride in our beautifully decorated apartment suites with quality furnishings and art work (including antiques). House wares, utilities, expanded Cable TV with VCR, phone and top quality linens are included in each suite. On-site laundry facilities and weekly maid service round out our package designed with your comfort and convenience in mind.
Q. Is telephone service included?
A. Yes, residential telephone service, with a designated phone number is included in your suite rental.
Q. What about internet?
A. All of our 11 buildings are equipped with free, wireless, high speed internet. Several of our locations have a guest computer in our common area so those guests travelling without a laptop can easily check their email.

Q. Is there a minimum length of stay?

No, you can stay as long as you like! We accept daily, weekly (off season), monthly or yearly reservations. Our longest staying guest has been with us for twelve years! Our shortest staying guests stay only one night.
Q. What billing and payment arrangements are available?
A. Chipman Hill Suites accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, personal or company cheques and can provide monthly billings to established accounts.

Q. How do I get my keys and find my apartment?
A. We can set your keys up for you in our lockbox and advise you of the code or, let us know when you plan to arrive, our staff will meet you, give you your keys, and show you to your suite.
