Bachelor Suites - Above is 5 Chipman Hill, Suite #11.
We have bachelor suites ranging from $695. to $1300. per month.
Our bachelor suites have a single bed, a double hide-a-bed, a double bed
or a queen sized bed.
Each suite has a fully equipped
kitchenette (including microwave, coffeemaker, small fridge etc.),
and a bathroom with shower stall (minimum).
All buildings have laundry facilities on site complete with iron and ironing
board. All suites are totally non-smoking.
 Executive Studio - Above is 9 Chipman Hill, Suite #5. Executive Suites are $1995.-$2100. per month. These executive studio suites are luxury through and through.
They have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a queen or king sized bed, a whirlpool bathtub, fine furnishings and exquisite decoration. All buildings have laundry facilities on site complete with iron and ironing board. All suites are totally non-smoking.
One Bedroom - Above is 2 Mecklenburg Street, Suite #5.
We have one bedroom suites ranging from $995 to $2500 monthly. The largest
number of our one bedroom suites are $1995 monthly.
In your bedroom you will find a double bed (minimum), queen or king sized bed.
Your full kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave oven etc. Most of our one-bedroom suites have a dishwasher.
Your bathroom has a tub with shower (minimum), and most have a whirlpool or airpool tub. Several of our one bedroom suites have a deck with harbour view.
All buildings have laundry facilities on site complete with iron and ironing board. All suites are totally non-smoking.
Two Bedroom - Above is 2 Mecklenburg Street, Suite #3.
We have two bedroom suites ranging from $1995 per month to $2500 per month.
The master bedroom will have a double bed (minimum), many have queen or
king sized beds. The second bedroom will have a twin bed (minimum) and many
have a double or queen bed in this room.
A fully equipped kitchen with
refrigerator and stove is included, many kitchens have a dishwasher.
Your bathroom has a shower stall (minimum), most have a tub with shower and
many have a whirlpool tub (or two!) and several have two full baths.
A full dining room suite is sometimes a feature of our two bedroom suites.

Three Bedroom - Above is 2 Mecklenburg Street, Suite #1.
We have three bedroom suites from $2500 to $3100 monthly.
Many feature two bathrooms, and often have a whirlpool bathtub. Each three bedroom suite features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
In the master bedroom you will find a queen or king sized bed, in the second bedroom, you will find a queen, double or twin sized bed, and in the third bedroom, a double or twin bed or a double hide-a-bed will be found. Most three bedroom suites have a full dining room.
All buildings have laundry facilities on site with iron and ironing board in each three bedroom suite. All suites are totally non-smoking.
